Shake the liquid before each use, the patient exhales deeply to the

front of the mouth, and slowly inhale (0.5L/s) to reach the total
amount of lungs. Position, when starting to inhale, use your
fingers to squeeze the spray, hold the breath at the end of the
breath for 5s-10s, then slowly exhale to the functional residual
position. Rest for about 3 minutes and repeat it again. This method
